Job Description

POSITION 1: SR. TECHNICAL CONSULTANT 

• Overall experience in Oracle HRMS & Payroll of 4 years
• Should have atleast 2 full life cycle implementation experience of development
• Should have atleast 1 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle R12
• Should have very strong expertise in PL/SQL, Workflow, Payroll Fast formulas,  Data 
• conversions, Forms/Reports, Interfaces, XML Publisher, Unix/Shell Srcipting
• Should have good hands on experience in OAF
• Should have hands on Technical experience on the Oracle Application with MLS/Double
•  byte.
• Should have strong foundation in coding standards & methodologies.
• Proficiency in Chinese language is MUST.

POSITION 2: SR. FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

• Should have atleast 3 years of domain experience in HR & Payroll
• Overall experience in Oracle HRMS & Payroll of 5 years and above
• Should have atleast 3 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle HRMS
• Should have end to end experience in implementing Oracle Payroll (fast formulas, 
• configurations etc)
• Should have atleast 1 Oracle R12 end to end implementation experience  and mainly on
•  Payroll
• Should have strong application maintenance experience of HRMS & Payroll
• Should have expertise on Oracle Chinese localization p
• Should be well versed with Chinese statutory HR/Payroll requirements
• Should have worked on MLS (Multi lingual System Application) where the Traditional &
•  Simplified Chinese languages are installed.
• Oracle HRMS/Payroll rollout experience is highly preferred.
• Good customer handling skills, Documentation, communication.
• Proficiency in Chinese language is MUST.
