Description:
§ Develop and maintain central database globally for RF & CS IT quality and process management
§ Generate Quality Management Dashboard for various levels of target stakeholders across RF & CS IT organization
§ Establish and maintain central measurement repository globally for RF & CS IT. Define metrics baseline
§ Conduct training/coaching on Process & Quality Management topics for practitioners
§ Provide PPQM (Project Process & Quality Management) support to regional projects in PRB (Project Review Board) preparation, internal assessments, process quality checks, project status reporting, milestone reviews
§ Build up PPQM community in the region
Educational Qualification:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Total No. of years of Experience:
Min 6 + yrs
Technical Skills/ Knowledge:
§ Microsoft Project
§ Strong in MS Excel and PowerPoint
§ MS Access
§ SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) knowledge
§ Process / Quality Management (internal audit/CMMI etc)
§ Project Management (related knowledge)
