The Technology and Operations team designs, develops and maintains computer application systems to support banking operations and provide innovative IT solutions, while harnessing new technologies to meet corporate objectives. In addition, we centralise, standardise and regionalise like-activities to achieve economies of scale and improve/re-engineer end-to-end processes to achieve world-class standards.

(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
  • Support the timely and accurate financial reporting for department and projects.
  • Assists with the compilation of monthly accruals for department and projects.
  • Assists with the coordination and consolidation of the monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts / budgets.
  • Helps prepare various presentations for business reviews at various levels, including Senior Executives.
  • Prepares ad hoc reports / analysis as requested.
  • Participate in special projects, including automation efforts and other improvements in the reporting process to streamline and increase effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with Regional offices to ensure the results are reasonable and variances are researched and explained.
Requirements:
  • BSc. in Accounting or Finance required / CPA or ACCA preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years in accounting and financial reporting experience, preferably in MNC.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office with above average skills in Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Solid financial analysis background.
  • Strong verbal, written communication skills in English.
  • Good interpersonal & influencing skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized with the ability to complete multi-tasks in a timely manner
  • High team spirit and commitment, systematic and target-oriented working style
  • This is a 12 months direct contract role.
