Responsibilities:
- Provide project management to the customers.
- Provide infrastructure technical solutions and support on multiplatform including Windows, UNIX and AIX.
- Work with multiple parties to perform diagnostic and root-cause analysis on required products.
- Involve in software presentation and demonstration, pre and post sale support
- On job training to take up on new and challenging software and project
- Emergency standby is required
- Overseas travel may be required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in information technology or related disciplines and with at least 5 years working experience
- Preferable with over 3 years project management skills
- Good knowledge on different OS platforms is an advantage
- Exposure in security management and asset management is essential
- Proficient analytical skills are essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English
- Customer-oriented, team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Singapore residents preferred
