Senior HR Manager/HR Manager (Strategic Business Partner, Urgent, MNC, Travelling required)
Salary: $7000-$8500
Responsibilities:
•Work as a strategic business partner with management of assigned business division in implementing Human Resource initiatives to support business growth.
•Actively involved in strategic planning, operational decisions, leadership development, talents development and retention as well as employees’ relation and performance management.
•Diagnose Human Resource needs of internal customers and provide advice on the best approach to managing Human Resource related issues.
•Manage the day to day Human Resource operational matters.
•Actively involved in strategic planning, operational decisions, leadership development, talents development and retention as well as employees’ relation and performance management.

Requirements:
•Bachelor Degree in any related / relevant discipline.
•At least 8 years of Human Resource experience with 2 years of managerial experience in MNC environment.
•Asia Pacific and business partnering experience
•Occasional travelling needed
•Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
•Ability to influence the business and prior work experience in a matrix structure and team environment will be advantageous.
