    IT Business Analyst (Job ID: 76491)

    Responsibilities:
    The focus of this position is often a combination of two or more of the following roles : First Line Support for IT Applications, Local Business Productivity Consultancy and/or end-to-end support of local applications. The following key areas of responsibilities are distinguished per role. Per individual position the applicable KARs must be chosen from below menu:
    First Line Support
    • Incident Management
    Avoid business disruption by solving or contributing to effective & timely incident resolution. Propose and follow up on proactive recommendations for improvement in delivery of IT Application services. Scope is the global Catalog.
    • NPS – End User Satisfaction (Customer Engagement).
    Demonstrate via NPS feedback that the SO team displays an understanding of the business served, their pressures, and our ability to assist. (Local) Business Productivity Consultancy
    • Consultancy
    Ensure that local (site) users are making best use of available IT solutions by acting as a trusted advisor to users. Uses specific knowledge of site business activity and local processes to best apply overall IT applications.
    • IT Project delivery
    Manage and/or participate in projects requirement specifications, final testing, rollout, training and decommissioning. Initiate change requests on behalf of users.
    • ONE – Service convergence and harmonization (ONE IT)
    In applicable application area contribute to service convergence and harmonization. Provide statutory/culture specific inputs to global projects. If applicable participate in global convergence teams, supporting global activities and local implications
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor degree with 5 years + working experience
    • Knowledge of SAP R/3 Logistics- SD/MM module preferred
    • Experience of Healthcare business process is an advantage
    • Excellent communication skills, pro-active and customer-focused attitude
    • Analytical, pro-active and a team player
