Executive, ERP Application Support
(Pasir Panjang)

Responsibilities:

The ERP Application Support Executive will be part of the IFS ERP team to support user community in the organization, analyze, design and implement new applications and involved in modifications to support business requirements.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• IFS administrator (Time Management/Organizational Structure Maintenance/Personnel Record/Data Migration/Work Scheduling)
• HR Statistics (monthly headcount report, onshore)
• Responsible for support, troubleshooting, system debugging and implementing system solutions
• Provide support and maintenance and respond efficiently and effectively to changes and ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned task
• Provide system analysis and enhancement
• Analyze user requirements and achieve satisfaction from users
• Identify and map end users business requirements specializing in HR  module
• Work in a team to ensure that changes are introduced for better operations of the systems
• Involvement in improving business processes
• Conduct end user training and provide assistance when required
• Evaluate new solutions
• Any other ad hoc requirements

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in ERP application.
• Experience in HR modules, including hands on programming experience 
• Experience in Implementation & Support, at least 1-2 full lifecycle.
• Experience in requirement gathering, blueprint, realization, configuration, user acceptance testing, data migration, debugging, & analytical skills.
• Require deep knowledge and understanding of the system requirements and end user requirements
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin, Human Resources or equivalent..
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pasir Panjang.
