Project Manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with at least 8 years of experience in the software industry
- Hands-on experience in the Project Management process groups (i.e. Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring/Controlling, Closure)
- Attended formal or in-house project management course (not necessarily done the examination) e.g. PMI, CITPM or IBM Worldwide Project Management Method (WWPMM)
- Must have at least managed two medium to large projects with full SDLCs
- Hands-on experience in medium to large scale development using .Net technologies
- Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent documentation skills (e.g. conceptualization & presentation of ideas)
- Strong IT consulting/project management and people management skills
- Proactive self-starter with an analytical and creative mind
- A good team player with integrity and accountability
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
- An attractive remuneration package will commensurate with experience and qualification
- Healthcare IT experience is very much advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Manage/ lead a team of software professionals to meet project targets and quality objectives
- Manage/lead software design, development and implementation
- Interact effectively with users/partners at all levels, manage resources and ensure on-time delivery
- Manage/lead responses to RFP/RFI/RFQ or IT project bidding
- Provide periodic updates of multiple project progress statuses to both client’s and Medisys Management
