Senior/Executive, Training @ M1

Senior/Executive, Training(Singapore)


Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Training & Development or any related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience as a stand-up Trainer and exposure to the developmental and support work associated with delivery of training programmes in a fast-paced environment.  Fresh graduate will be considered for Training Executive position.
  • Excellent presentation skills, a systematic and organized team player with good communication skills
  • A self-motivated individual who has a strong desire to constantly learn and make improvements, as well as enjoys challenges
  • Possess a keen interest in mobile technology and devices
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Manager/Assistant Manager, the key roles of the Senior/Executive, Training are:-
  • Contribute to the development and consistent enhancement of the training policy and procedures in line with the company's objectives
  • Assist in the execution of training needs analysis and the subsequent formulation of training programmes
  • Design and deliver in-house training programmes and constantly develop new training and instructional methods
  • Coordinate with external providers to develop training programmes to meet the business needs
  • Provide administrative support for training activities such as organising training schedules and venues, record keeping, produce training materials and training evaluation reports
