Job Description:
- Understand the functionality of each data attribute and perform source to Target mapping for both upstream and downstream in EDW.
- Conduct Data finding due diligently in order to support the placement in target tables.
- Perform SQL query firing and data profiling.
- Document Source to Target mapping documents and conduct mapping walk through with all stake holders.
- Identify gaps between Function Specification and Source Systems and communicate with BA. Any resolution is to be documented in Source Target Mapping document.
- Ensure Source Target Mapping document is signed off by all stakeholders invloved.
- Should have understanding of Financial Services logical Data Model TeraData (FSLDM).
- Should be able to map FSDLM table structures to target table structures in downstream data marts
- Should have knowledge of Reference table structures and be able to support the FSLDM tables.
- Excellent communication skill to co-ordinate between various parties including IT & USER groups.
- Knowledge of Core Banking Products (Loans, Deposits, Overdraft) and other products would be an added advantage.
